On a January day it got up to 61 degrees so I made a point to get outside. Headed over to the Boone Crossing Unit of the Big Muddy National Wildlife refuge. I think the eagle enjoyed it as much as I did.

Pat and I took a drive to Clarksville Missouri to take some eagle pictures, but it was so overcast that the pictures were not great. We drove up to Louisiana, across the river and then down to the Grafton Winery The Vineyards outside of Grafton Illinois to have dinner and a bottle of wine. The clouds cleared and we ended up with a beautiful sunset.
